Super Smash Bros. Wii U and 3DS arrives in 2014

New Challenger Approaching…

Super Smash Bros., the all-star beat ‘em featuring numerous video game characters, is coming to Wii U and 3DS in 2014, Nintendo has announced.

For the first time ever, the Super Smash Bros. series will be released on a handheld, with the 3DS version able to connect to the Wii U game.

Both versions were teased during a spectacular reveal trailer which carried plenty of surprises, including the arrival of two new characters: Capcom’s beloved Mega Man, and the Villager from Animal Crossing.

During Nintendo’s E3 media showcase, another fighter was also announced: Wii Fit’s female personal trainer will, remarkably, join the battle.

Nintendo has also confirmed that the game will run in 108op.
