Rockstar Working To Fix GTA V iFruit And Social Club Issues
Login Errors And Data Resets Prove Grand Theft Awful
Rockstar has said it is aware of issues with its Social Club and the GTA V accompaniment app iFruit and is hard at work trying to fix them.
Gamers have been experiencing problems connecting to the Social Club and logging in to iFruit since the game’s launch yesterday.
In a post on its games support page, Rockstar said: “We are aware of these issues with Social Club or related networking hardware/services and have been working to resolve them as quickly as possible.
“Please note that we are aware of some reports about problems with the iFruit App (available on iTunes), such as login errors, endless loading spinners, and the app appearing to reset data. Rest assured that we are working to resolve this as quickly as possible.”
The iFruit app allows users to customise their cars, create license plates for GTA V‘s story campaign and GTA Online, and teach Chop the dog new tricks.
Curiously, an Android version of the app has not yet been released, which has led to much grumbling among Android users (this writer included).
