Road Redemption Gets A New Trailer
Road Redemption, the unofficial spiritual successor to Road Rash, has received a new trailer highlighting the game’s revamped graphics and new projectile weapons.
The game successfully reached its $160,000 Kickstarter goal back in May last year, and is being developed by Dark Seas Games, a studio consisting of video game industry veterans from the likes of Sega, Sony, BioWare and EA.
Last year, Road Rash creator Dan Geisler stated that he would like to set up his own Kickstarter project for an official sequel.
“I’m ready to make a better one now. I miss playing it too. If there is enough interest, I’ll do a Kickstart on it,” he said at the time. However, nothing has materialised since.
No official date has been confirmed for Road Redemption, but it is expected to reach PC, Linux, Mac, Xbox 360 and Wii U in August 2014.
