Monolith Soft Reveals New RPG For Wii U
Unnamed Project Gets A Surprising Reveal
Tokyo studio Monolith Soft has lifted the lid on its mystery debut Wii U title.
The game was revealed by Nintendo president Satoru Iwata during the Nintendo Direct EU presentation today. Iwata said the project is being overseen by Tetsuya Takahashi, the former Square Enix developer who is now heading up Monolith Soft.
The project’s name has not yet been announced and the only hint was a large X displayed across the screen at the end of the stunning trailer, which you can see below. It does look very Xenoblade-esque, though, which we’re sure will please almost everyone.
