Metal Gear Solid 4 – Trophy Support Incoming

Kept you waiting, huh?

In a move which should have happened many, many months ago, Konami have announced that the stupendous PS3 exclusive, Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots, will finally receive trophy support through an upcoming patch.

Revealed on Andriasang, a new budget version of the game is due to be released in Japan this August and will have trophy support built-in. For those who already own a copy of MGS4 (which I’m guessing is everyone), trophy support will be available via a downloadable patch; around the same time we hope.

Will the inclusion of trophies be enough to rekindle your love affair with Solid Snake?
