Media Molecule’s New Game, Tearaway, Reinvents Paper
Play God
Sony’s darling developer, Media Molecule, lifted the lid on their brand new IP during Gamescom yesterday. Typically, their new game looks just as imaginative, inventive and cute as their previous PS3 exclusive, LittleBigPlanet.
Their new game is called Tearaway and has been developed from the ground-up for the PlayStation Vita. The game utilises almost every aspect of the Vita’s abilities, especially the rear touch screen.
Tearaway’s paper craft hero is called Iota. His task is to deliver a unique message to you; but he’ll need your help.
The game looks marvellous and it’s exactly what the PSVita needed in our opinion. A fresh IP that’s exclusive to Vita and isn’t available on Sony’s home console. Keep an eye on this one folks. Tearaway could become a system seller.
