Assassin’s Creed 3 Patch Released

Fixes Save Wiping Bug, Readies Games for ‘Tyranny’ DLC

Ubisoft have released an update for Assassin’s Creed 3 which will resolve an issue where players were losing their saved game.

The patch also contains various other bugfixes, which were detailed on a post on the Ubisoft forums. The update also prepares the game for the upcoming ‘Tyranny of King Washington’ DLC.

Assassin’s Creed 3 has sold 12 million copies worldwide, double that of it’s predecessor Assassin’s Creed: Revelations, making it a bona fide success commercially.

Just weeks ago, Ubisoft announced that another AC game will be released this year, with a new character and setting.
